Mechanical Service Engineer

Main responsibilities are to attain emergency breakdown calls, Top & Major Overhauls, Commissioning, Start-up of new Engines whenever needed in site throughout India

Experience in various models of GE GE Waukesha Gas Engines and Jenbacher Gas Engine for Distributor in India.
•Have worked in various types of GE GE Waukesha Gas Engines in both Power Generation and Compressor Drive Applications (600 KW to 3.7 MW) at different sites in India.
•Single handedly carried out several Trouble shootings, Top Overhauls, Major Overhauls and Commissioning jobs in GE GE Waukesha’s Gas Engine models in O & M job 600 KW to 3.7 MW Engine, as O & M In-charge, had responsibilities of carrying out scheduled, breakdown maintenance, planning of maintenance, spare parts, tools procurements and storage for Emergency and Operational maintenance, develop the knowledge of operators and customer representatives, maintain good customer relation, provide the customer optimum performance for their engine, keeping various records and historical data.
•Presently posted in Kolkata, Branch Office of CLARKE ENERGY INDIA PVT.LTD. Main responsibilities are to attain emergency breakdown calls, Top & Major Overhauls, Commissioning, Start-up of new Engines whenever needed in any site throughout India (i.e. ONGC, RIL, NEEPCO, AGCL, Oil India Ltd.)
•Office job responsibilities for our department are (e.g. preparing Site Daily report, preparing Tender Documents, ISO supporting record Documents, Service Offers, Service Invoices, Reports, Operational cost analysis, Spares & Tools lists required for Overhauls, Breakdowns, helping customers over phone & e-mail, keeping departmental records etc.).
•Online Submit AFA Claim to GE Waukesha.

10th Standard: Passed MADHYAMIK EXAMINATION (10th) From Bibhishanpur High School (H.S) under West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in 2005 With 2nd Division.

12th Standard: HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION (10+2) from Bibhishanpur High School (H.S) under West Bengal council of higher secondary education in 2007.
Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering under West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (2011) with 69.9% marks (1st Class) (AICTE approved).

•GE GE Waukesha Gas Engine Technology (GET) course from GE GE Waukesha Product Training Center, Bangkok, Thailand (2013).
