• 23 years of experience in Project Quality Management, Inspection of various equipment, Piping, commissioning in EPC, non-destructive & destructive testing.
• Project Quality management with EPC for gas treatment plant with Piping Spool fabrication (B 31.3), NDT, PWHT, equipment erection, construction, Mechanical clearance, commissioning, Hydrostatic test and final documentation.
• Handled inspection activities at various levels for Offshore Platforms, Boilers, Mounted LPG Bullets, Pressure Vessels, line pipes bare and coated pipes, sacrificial anodes Performance tests witnessing for Plug valves, PCV, PSV, FCV, Pilot Valves.
• Inspection coordination with Third Party Inspection agency Like LR, BV, DNV and ABS.
• Fabrication and In-service inspection of Storage tank and Onshore Oil & Gas Rig Post, Pre Audits.
• Inspection of Bought outs – Static Equipment, Rotary Equipment, casting, forgings, piping material, line pipes, casing, Tubing& Drill pipes, Machined Components, Heavy Boiler Structures, plates and various materials.
• Inspection at Construction sites – Offshore Platform fabrication, Process piping, line pipe for gas transportation (sour and non-sour), Boilers, TG Structures etc.
• Manage QA/QC activities including MR activity in large/medium scale manufacturing industries
