Senior Accountant. Preparation of financial and bank reconciliation reports of the entity, Preparation of project account on each project basis to determine project margin, Processing of payments to all company’s subcontractors/Foreign suppliers and Third party business partners. Support in payroll management on call out basis.
Invoicing clients and submission of invoices, managing un-invoice summary reports
Responsible for financials, complex accounting issues in the department.
Preparation of Cost and Margin analysis at the beginning of every project for management decision. Ledger reconciliation and reports
Cost tracking and projects monitoring, e.g Riser, Wireline, Tubular Directional Drilling(DD), MWD Projects and GWD,MPLT, FPSO ,Monthly/weekly Budget and general cash management.
Assist Operations Controller and Head of Operations on special projects including re-organization and cost of sales reduction initiatives.
Planning and managing all activities involved in sourcing, procurement and shipment of oil tools and equipment to delivery. E.g Ontrak, Drilling, Wireline and Slickline Equipment
Planning timetable for good delivery of Oil Field Equipment to Nigeria, Kenya and Congo etc
Managing the sourcing, auditing and evaluation of new suppliers
Tracking shipments across Europe and America.
