•Carrying out Maintenance planning and scheduling of various Offshore and onshore maintenance and identifying the opportunity for continuous improvement
•Basic & Detail Engineering of Various Projects.
•Development of Project Concepts, Studying Feasibility of Projects in terms of Technical / Commercial Viability.
•Coordinating with PMC Consultants viz EIL, other Oil & Gas Companies and Statutory Bodies.
•Planning, estimation, scheduling and execution of projects for installation, commissioning & erection assignments
•Coordination with Inter and Intra Departments such as Material & Contracts, Finance & Accounting, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, O&M etc.
•Developing project concept, definition, feasibility, strategy for successful project implementation; monitoring the progress of the project with the stakeholders and end user clients.
•Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise output
