Effectively managed the dispute resolution process that had surfaced with one of the bidders at the final stage, before contract award.
The tender which was initially priced at some US$ 320 MM was finally inked at US$260 MM, through several sessions of aggressive negotiation. Cost savings of approximately US$ 60 MM was achieved.
Produced very clear & unambiguous final contracts, which was split among eight giant contractors Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Halliburton, Emirates Western, ESNAAD, etc.
Diesel Escalation Pricing Project [Year 2014]
Effectively developed a smart diesel pricing strategy for a logistics contract, considering a difficult scenario due to market volatility.
