JR. Scheduler\Planner

Seeking a suitable role in Project Management / Project Controls to educate self with the constant change in Technology and Project Management philosophy towards successful project accomplishment.

Monitor & record subcontractor activities & report any deviations from schedule, Study and critical Analysis of Scope of works and Terms & Conditions of Contract, Study the received Daily Activity Report Provided by Sub-Contractors, Visit Site (Installation) and shop (Pre-Fabrication) daily, collect all the information Discipline wise, monitor/review construction progress this includes participating in shift end construction progress review meeting, Prepare Daily Activity Report (DAR) for progress by Discipline and Activity to Management, Mentoring, Leading & Supervising other planners for different assets. Involved in hiring process of new planners/schedulers, Participating daily/weekly Planning meetings with Engineering, Procurement & Construction group, Attend meetings with team members to Developed & maintained various monthly/quarterly reports for the plant, infrastructure projects.Developing activity coding structure & Work Breakdown Structure, generating Weekly and monthly progress reports to management form SAP as well as primavera, Study and critical Analysis of Scope of works, Monitor and accumulate maintenance man-hours & costs by work order, discipline & plants using SAP
