 Prepare and update production tasks and schedule according to Sales Forecast and Committed Orders to customer.
 Develop and Review production plan and Monitor the execution of production plan.

 Shop floor scheduling & Man power Handling.
 Yearly Budget preparation.
 Process planning, Creating BOM & Routing for new components.
 New vendor selection, Development and Follow up for outsourcing parts.
 Designing of New Jig, Fixtures and tooling’s development for increasing the production.
 Identify manufacturing needs for new products -Fixtures, Tooling, Machines & Materials.
 Knowledge about Machine shop, Welding shop, Press Shop & Assembly line.
 Knowledge about inspection method.
 Carry out FMEA and Preparing PPAP for new components.
 Control Plan & PFD preparation.
 Commitment to safety regarding use of equipment
 Investigate production problems and analyze root causes by using 8D, 5 WHY & Fishbone diagram.
