Projects accomplished:
•In-process crack minimization in hand layup contact moulded flange manufacturing process.
•Reduce the excess cost associated with the consumption of acetone & cotton waste by 35% than the previous one.
•Changes made in the sampling & testing methods of raw material that ultimately prevent the loss of valuable products.
•Implemented the method for in-process scrap reutilization (in-process sand & chops).
•Revision of the formats made by the proposal of stage inspection, make it easier for in-process & dispatch inspection of the product.
•Suggested alternate material to the production department that ultimately saves the excess operational cost (polyester yarns suggested instead of polyester netting).
