To develop new synthetic lubricants poly ol esters from various vegetable oils. Cost effective multi functional additives of gasoline and LPG metal cutting additive and involved in handling of various analytical instruments.

A researcher with more than 8 years of research experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
 Strong synthetic organic chemistry background deep understanding of reaction mechanism.
 Thorough knowledge of different types of literature surveys.
 Basic knowledge of computers and idea of common chemistry softwares (chemdraw & chemcraft).
 Expertise in carrying out the multi-step organic synthesis, sensitive organic reactions using vacuum line, purification, characterization of organic compounds by different techniques.
 Hands on experience in various analytical techniques/instruments like IR, UV-visible, Fluorescence, NMR (1D and 2D), HPLC, GPC, GC-MS, LC-MS, SEM, TGA- DSC, XRD (powder).
 Guided 02 MSc project students.
 Published research works in several reputed international journals and participated in national/international conferences.
 Fluency over English for effective communication.
 Capable to work as a part of team as well as individual.
