PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since 2001 i have been involved in remote site or contract catering, this came about following being asked to be chef in Zagreb, and was never plan to leave Hotel or Restaurant work, but as it turn out it is a rea i ahve come to enjoy and managed operation in more or less world wide, being involved with Military, Embassies, Oil and Gas, Mining, Refinaries, as site manager mostly directly involving catering due to my training and years from hotels and restaurants

Additional Information
I currently live is Basel as my partner is Swiss and working Oil and Gas on equal leave rotation I decided to live there I ahve status to live in Switzerland.
Remote site or catering is still an area of work I enjoy, so rotational work would be the first choice employment.
