Hook-Up Manager/Offshore Company Site Representative, 2018 – Present
EGINA FPSO, Nigeria | OFFSHORE, OML130
Serve as company representative for transfer of FPSO Ladol Lagos, offshore OML130 and FPSO mooring operation. Coordinate for hook-up of UFR (umbilical flow lines riser) and SPS (subsea production systems) while managing Samsung contractor for hook-up of production oil, gas lift, water injection and gas export riser tie-ins. Maintain schedule for carry-over work, pre-commissioning, and commissioning work achieve first oil before end 2018. Partner with Field Operations for successful start-up to achieve production at 200K bbl/day oil. Lead start-up of gas compression systems for fuel and export as well as no flaring towards environmental protection. Enforce strict compliance to HSE (Health and Safety Environment) standards in the administration of work permits and execution of construction activities. Oversee offshore project scope in SIMOPS (simultaneous production and construction) to completion.
Key Achievement:
 Negotiated with contractor to follow CPY lead for critical project hook-up phase offshore; involved high cost marine spread and 700+ workers on site.
