Operations Manager( Onshore & Offshore)

Work closely with Estimation & contracts for bid evaluation.tender clarification with clients to have clarity for estimation. On award,coord with const, com & purchase to share,risk & opportunity to keep job in profit without compromising safety.

Evaluate daily work progress of maintenance and shutdown of ongoing jobs and share comments with site managers on improvement to achieve committed schedule.
Recognize and suggest to improve commercial performance based on monthly cost variation reports. Review payment status, if any dispute arrange justification to process pending payment.
Work hand in hand with estimation team on technical-Commercial proposals after reviewing the tender scope of work, technical specifications and suggest tender clarifications.
Propose innovative products and application to suite the site requirement for mutual benefits considering all safety and product performance and enhance business opportunities.
Maintain good interpersonal relations with Client, peer and Operatives.
Being technical graduate, understand product spec and support Purchase for better negotiation.
Demonstrate leadership by encouraging and promoting deserving candidates.
Being signature authority in CR holds responsibility of all government and legal matters.
Main point of contact for clients (QP/Qafco/Qapco/NGL/Qatalum/Qatar Steel/MPower/QChem/Shell GTL/OryxGTL/Qatar Gas(N&S)/RGPC/QPower/NOC/TOTAL/Oxy/QP Halul and many more.
Work closely with other department heads i.e. Safety, Construction, Commercial, Estimations and Procurement Department.
The key objective is to provide strict adherence to cost control practices, and increasing revenue of the business.
Ensure that all works are carried out in a planned, controlled and safe manner in accordance with Statutory regulations, current standards and Integrated Management System Procedures.
Take proactive action to prevent losses and ensure compliance with project documentation and company documentation, as well as adherence with industry best practice.
Ensure correct commercial control of contracts within budget limits. If any variation support with relevant documents for contract amendment.
Identify requirements of training for staff and operatives for products proper application, from suppliers technical experts and qualify application team.
Assure development and execution of construction schedules in conjunction with the Contracts / Commercial /Construction Manager and ensure that it meets the requirements of the clientˇ¦s expectations.
