Employed as maintenance supervisor reporting to Shell drilling supervisor and onshore
engineer on all maintenance issues.
Oversees day-to-day operations and health and safety of maintenance team and third party
vendors required to operate and work in drilling areas.
Ensure that all personnel under my authority have sufficient information and knowledge to
carry out their job correctly and safely and ensures all company management systems and
client procedures are adhered to.
Ensure all maintenance routine maintenance carried out under sap system is completed within
scheduled time. Raise remedial repair work orders.
Attend meetings and provide information to the client as requested.
Review and compile daily reports for engineer support onshore.
Review and discuss safety related issues and inform maintenance team. Compile a safety
report for employer and Shell safety highlighting proactive safety performance.
Review equipment stock and order spares as required.
