Professional Experience

• Prepare Macro plan after receipt of the work order covering all functional activities – basic and detailed engineering, generation of MTO’s, placement of orders, manufacturing and dispatch.
• Carry out periodic progress review with design/ engineering, QA/QC, procurement, planning production and logistics departments.
• Monitor critical path of each job. Identify parallel activities that could be performed and prepare catch up plans.
Generate business opportunities, sales lead through the visit to EPC contractors market amd through building up professional contacts and networking.
• Conducting KOM & PIM with client
• Giving customer advice and support to select appropriate solution among vide range of product.
• Interfacing with clients, providing a clear interpretation of their requirements from the enquiry onset and ensure good working relationship.
• Resolving all technical queries pre-bidding stage, thus influencing the specification before requisition.
• Negotiating with customer and take commercial decision to close the deal.
• Being technical and sales point of contact for prospective customer.
• Acts as good ambassador of the company, projects good image of the company outside and collects market developments and competitor’s activities.
• Co-ordinate with principal and customer for document review and approval. Resolve technical comments, interpret to principal/ customer.
• Liaise with principal quotation team, technical engineering team, customer support, logistics team for smoother execution of orders.
• Liaise with freight forwarder and custom clearance team.
• Review MRB, documentation to clear material with customer inspection team (majan), resolve their queries for timely GRN creation.
• Liaise with account team for timely submission of invoicing.
• Provide monthly projection to management for billed and to be billed orders, root cause and corrective action plan for any slippage in delivery.
• Monitor changes in project scope affecting cost and delivery.
• Identify components that need to be sub-contracted for each exchanger of every work order.
• Float enquiries for sub-contract items based on MTOs and fabrication drawings.
•
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project.

Eductation

Undergoing course in AMIE .

•MBA from Indian School of Business Management. 2010

•Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,Technical Board of Goa. 2005
