My career in HSE commenced in 2005 with Woodside Petroleum, and continued on working for BP, BHP and INPEX. During my career I have attained extensive knowledge of operations undertaken in construction involving onshore and offshore projects. With a strong marine background. Previous to attaining my HSE qualifications, my roles were Deck Rigging Supervisor and Client Representative.

My main areas of expertise are in HSE and also all aspects of lifting, rigging and marine operations.
During my duty with each company I was commonly employed in a multi-role function as HSE and also as Lifting/Rigging SME due to my previous experience as demonstrated under my work history.

Most of my working career has been in Australia, Asia Pacific Regions, Africa and Europe. My approach to safety is extremely hands on, proactive and constructive. I retain a positive attitude during my daily duties and able to maintain my performance and composure when under extreme pressure in challenging times.

One of my stronger attributes is to have the ability to liaise with the clients and managing contractors from whom I have always gained respect and established a good rapport with. I am always ready and willing to provide support, guidance and mentoring to ensure HSES targets and goals are met without incident.
