Financial Planning and Analysis Budgeting and variance analysis

•Financial planning and analysis that provides senior management with a forecast of the company’s profit and loss (income statement) and operating performance for the upcoming quarter and year. Fund Forecast and coordination with banks for finance arrangements.
•Preparing Annual Revenue and Capital budgets in consultation with technical departments taking into account indexation factors, additional fund requirements and zero based budgeting, wherever required. Reviewing budget periodically and revising the budget estimates. Preparing variance analysis reports and suggesting the cost mitigation measures.
•Preparing monthly flash cost and profitability statements, Capex reports, budgetary control reports and reporting on catch-up plans to meet targets and the constraints faced in meeting the targets.
•Reviewing goods and service procurements including the need, reasonability of price estimates and nature of enquiry. Tender evaluations, price and commercial conditions negotiation with vendors.
•Reviewing financial accounts on regular basis and reconciliation with contract BBU’s; Vendor and customer balance confirmations; Bank reconciliations, EMD and ASD reconciliations
•Team member of ERP team for implementation of SAP-FICO(Phase I) and successfully implemented the Phase-I ERP in all the units of the organization.
