Currently, I am retired but worked as the Head, Organization Effectiveness at Qatar Petroleum, Qatar in the Middle East for 18 years. In this role I have gained extensive experience in customer liaison, with specific reference to organizational and human resources initiatives. The position also required meetings, negotiations and facilitation of workshops, from the lowest level of manpower in the organization up to and including Sr Executive Vice Presidents in the organization responding efficiently and effectively to any customer enquiries.
I have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an interactive environment like customer/client services. I am patient but firm with difficult customers and have great experience resolving customer disputes, recommending optimization initiatives and implementing best practice findings..As a Head, Organization Effectiveness, I have significant experience using database management systems, in particular SAP, MS Office suite and Organization Structure Development software. My major responsibilities with my previous organization include but are not limited to the following.
