Head of Budget and Financial Reporting

Ambitious, dynamic and expertise head of budget and financial reporting in oil and gas sector seeks a challenging position to help in improving the organization through utilizing the excellent accounting, budgeting and financial reporting skills

 Manage the budget approved by TOTAL HQ and ensure the budgetary coordination between the finance department and the operational divisions.
 Create, maintain and modify the budgetary and Financial Information System as per HQ requirements.
 Produce detailed Opex and Capex budget in relation with the other divisions and produce supporting data for each budget line.
 In charge of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to HQ by gathering operational data, accounting data and non cash cost in accordance with applicable accounting principles.
 Prepare the consolidated annual budget and presentation to senior management.
 Analyzing the monthly, quarterly and annually variances resulted by comparing the actual cost and revenue with budget.
 Consolidate the Financial Reporting Package and issue it to HQ.
 Interpret and undertakes specialized financial studies.
 Plan and control all activities in the team, ensuring high standard of work while meeting deadlines.
 Building efficient and evaluative information system, that dealing with database, spreadsheets, accounting software and TOTAL's reporting applicants.
 Ensure accuracy, efficient and timely of management reporting.
 Ensure compliance with HQ and standards obligations.
 Ensure successful business cycle.
 Manage a team of two budget and financial reporting analysts to maintain all works and achieve our objectives on time.
 Perform SOX controls on monthly basis.
 Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
