Piping Design with 20+ years of experience in Detailed, FEED engineering activities in oil and gas, Refinery Plants for major Saudi-ARAMCO, ADNOC,SHELL, BGC, RasGas, PDO, BAPETCO, Seplat etc

• Preparations of piping deliverables like Plot plan, Equipment & piping GA Drawings.
• Study of Safety escape routes, firefighting/lifesaving equipment’s, etc.
• From conceptual design studies to detailed design and tail end engineering to aid in assisting the Fabrication, Construction & Installation phase.
• Preparation of pipe spool drawings, Isometrics & updating of model and preparing as built drawings.
• Development of Conceptual layouts complying with Project specifications, Process requirements, Operation feasibility, safety requirements, Codes & standards with different options and finalizing.
• Checking and reviewing of models using SPR, Navisworks.
• Participation in inter discipline reviews and model reviews with client.
• Vendor & inter discipline drawing’s and documents review and commenting.
• Coordinating with other disciplines for interface issues, interference clashes etc.
• Checking of piping layouts, Isometrics with respect to Equipment, stress and support requirements.
• Preparing cumulative and individual bill of material & Quantity for piping.
• Interacting with clients and vendors with effective communication & admirable relationship to resolve queries.
• Preparation of test pack, Field Engineering assistance and Engineering support for piping installations
• Preparation of fabrication drawings for the process Equipment’s, storage tanks.
• Preparation of area wise package documents for site construction work.
