Seven Kestrel is a Diving support vessel and Overall
control of stores on board. Issue and record the materials out of Store,
update same in TM Master on a daily basis and re order if necessary.
Maintain minimum level of all materials in line with Companies policy.
Raise requisitions for the materials required by various departments..
Keep a track of the order once it is approved and PO has been issued.
Follow up with the Buyer and if required with the suppliers to speedy up
the delivery of materials on order and update to the status to the head of
the department. Follow up with the Transit coordinator in order to track
the materials as per shipping alert. Once material received checked, and
update location and quantity in TM Master and locating respective racks.
Open each and every packages and match with the Delivery note and
requisition raised. Inform office there is any damage or shortage of
materials. Prepare each and every outgoing materials manifest and
ensure the copies are handed over to supply vessel / helicopter/ Agent.
Prepare dangerous goods declaration where it’s applicable. Mail the
manifest to shore well in advance with all the details of packages and
weight etc. Follow up with logistic guy it has been dispatched as required.
Follow up the materials sent for repair or service and ensure they are
back to vessel well in time. Updating all the information which is required
in the BMS system with Companies policy.
