I’ve extensive experience in onshore oil and gas industry. Throughout my career I have performed duties on various gas treatment and oil processing plants from sweet to very sour crude oil processing plants. In my 18 years of experience in oil and gas industry I’ve worked on DCS panel, processing plant and wellhead. In my recent assignment I had been working in United Energy Pakistan as an Operator-3 (Sr. Production Operator) on Naimat phase-1,2 plant, previously I had worked with BP Pakistan Exploration and prod Inc. Some of my key skills are: panel operations, wellhead operations, well commissioning / shutdown and well operation monitoring by SCADA/DCS system, well testing, artificial lift system, pigging operation, three phase and two phase separator’s operation, Gas sweetening by DEA and its regeneration, gas de-hydration by TEG and glycol regeneration, wellhead gas compressors, condensate stabilization, water injection and disposal system, centrifugal and PD pumps, power generation by (gas, diesel engines), instrument air compressors and chemical injection system. I’ve good understanding of P&ID’s and PFD’s, well intervention jobs, troubleshooting of level switch, level controller, pressure controller, flow quantity indicators, HMI PLC, SCADA and DCS system, maximo, and some oracle based applications.
