Junior Operations Technician
Perform equipment operation, such as: reciprocating pumps, centrifugal pumps, gears, axial and radial pumps, fixed displacement vane pumps; turbo compressors, alternative and reactive compressors operation, control of variables of the process in course, from the field, warranting the execution of the production plan, within the company’s standards, quality and environmental; perform procedures and operational field routines in order to complete the production plan.
Operation of the SDCD panel to keep the production and quality parameters according to specified; control variables of processes based on analytic results and process deviation, adapting to the situations. Utilities, steam generation, SDC (Delta V System, in SAP). Field work: control of processes through existent variables in both panel or physical conditions; verification of equipment and instrumentation; release of static and rotative equipment for maintenance; start and stop of the factory.
