I have 15+ years of experience as a Piping Designer(PDMS & AutoCAD) Worked on various types of projects such as Oil and Gas Onshore, Power Plants, Petrochemicals, Refineries Having Experience in FEED, EMC & EPC activities.

 Expert in all modules of PDMS & Preparation of Equipment modeling, Pipe modeling & routing in accordance with the P&ID.
 Pipe Supports Modeling by using MDS.
 Preparation of Piping layout & Equipment layouts.
 Preparation of Piping General arrangement drawings & Piping Isometric drawings.
 Preparation of Piping Specification.
 Overall & detailed plot plan preparation & updation.
 Pipe rack study and designing pipe rack arrangements.
 Battery limits study & arrangements.
 Piping material take-off.
 Knowledge of pipe support drawings.
 Checking of produced Drawings with P & ID, Codes and Standards.
 Material selection, MTO, Requisitions, Tie in Schedule, vendor drawing review.
 Routing of Piping systems like Exchangers, Pumps, Vessels, Air coolers, Filters, Heater, Flare system, and pipe rack Arrangement etc. As per good engineering practice.
 Fixing location, centerline & BTL elevations of Exchangers, Vessels, and Columns etc., during detail engineering.
 Checking of isometrics in all respects & release to IFC
 Specialist in Site mark up with Sketch, Survey & Data Collection Works.
