ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
• Project Planning, Periodic Scheduling, Execution, Inspection and Commissioning of Project activities in coordination with Project Department, subcontractors, vendors.
• Preparation of Material Submittal, Method Statement, Pre- Qualification, Action plan and other documentations.
• Fabrication, Erection and alignment of piping system in line with GA Drawing, P & ID, PFD, Isometric and Support detail.
• Daily Progressive reports submission to the Project Department.
• Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specification, maintain incoming component device history records.
• Inspection as per QC plan of piping, Fit up, Weld visual, NDT Inspection, Dimensions & Level checking, mechanical clearance, Hydro test and Pneumatic test. Physical and visual inspection of raw material, components, and sub-assemblies as per inspection plan and specification requirement.
• Preparing and Keep record soft and hard copy for all QC Reports.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance is performed on inspection equipment.
• Deeply involved for preparation of execution scheduling, Delay analysis, critical issues, front availability, resource planning. Critical path and weekly meetings with the team.
