Professional Experience
•Coordination of Competitive Bidding Process: Preparation of Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents, bid evaluations, contract negotiations and Confidentiality Agreement. Assisting Senior Managers for preparing Technical and Commercial submission on time.
•Ensure the Pre-Qualification invitation with all Oil and Gas Companies (especially ADNOC Group Companies) for their EPC Projects and handling the received EOIs’ (prepare the summary of the project) based on the scope, Contract value, duration and its Competitors etc. and forward these details to our Top Management for their decision.
• Duly prepare and submit the Pre-Qualification documents on time for our participating projects in ADNOC Group for their final evaluation.
• Get updated information related to the proposals, clients, organization and entities
•Generate, develop and maintain commercial links, both with clients and suppliers.
•Comparing and Double-checking all the printed Commercial documents as per the ITB instruction before the Technical submission.
•Works closely with Business Development Managers in the region for introduction of our Business and establish a partnership (J V) with major EPC Contractors.
•Follow-up for the Site visit and the Gate Pass issuance.(Coordinating and arranging the visa and the site visit pass, transport, hotel accommodation etc.)•Coordinating the Technical clarifications as per the subsequent Tender Bulletin issued and arranging the technical meeting as per ADNOC’s direction.
•Arranging and attending meeting with Vendors and Sub Contractors.
•Liaising with our financial team and Bank for preparing and submitting the Tender bond.
•Meeting arrangements in ADNOC Group CEOs’, SVPs’, VPs’ and Contracts Managers and preparing minutes of meeting.
• Reporting weekly and monthly to the General Manager (Business Development).
• Close follow-up with ADNOC Group of Companies for their various upcoming EPC Projects.
•Close watch all Business related news in the Business Publications and newspaper and report to seniors (Market Analysis). Maintaining relationship with key clients and ability to chase up new business opportunities.
