First class distinction B.E. graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT), with 32 years of experience in Rotating Equipment Engineering, Maintenance Execution

With my extensive experience in rotating equipment Engineering, Maintenance Engineering / TAM, commissioning and flawless startup I will add value for the business bottomline with cost focus.

With my HSSE leadership skills I will ensure Accountability for the HSSE performance with direct responsibility for the workforce including both staff and contractor staff including frontline team.

With my broad experience and skills in Rotating Equipment Engineering/Machinery Diagnostics/Condition Monitoring, Maintenance Engineering / TAM, Commissioning and Project Management/Coordination I will ensure and maintain technical assurance and integrity of the plant to ensure safe and reliable operation. I am experienced to provide maintenance services advice /support to the Asset, ensuring maximum plant availability and reliability through deployment of PTM, maintenance strategies and associated work processes in accordance with global asset management standards and best practices.

With my coaching and mentoring skills I will build and develop the workforce, creating opportunities and growing capabilities focusing on local talent development.

With my leadership skills I will be responsible for Rejuvenation and Growth of Rotating Equipment capabilities and improve the short and long term performance of the Asset.

Approved TA2 in RE with extensive experience in Asset Support and managing Brownfield and Greenfield Engineering Projects.

Occupied HSSE critical positions in NLNG / Shell Nigeria for more than 13 years and Registered Engineer ASME, IIE and COREN. Have 9 years middleeast experience, 20 years Africa experience and in NCOC Kasagan to blend culturally with ease and collaborate with different stakeholders. Head of RE team for NLNG.
