• Oman. Working as a Drilling and Well Completion Supervisor at deep gas exploration wells MD 5000-6000 m. Cooperate with drilling contractor to ensure PDO HSE procedures and policies well understood and implemented on rigsite by using company’s HSE tools like CCC, CI , Knowledge share, LFI(Learning from Incidents) WCAT(Well Control Assurance Tool) and CCTV. Attend TBT and safety meetings. Supervise routine and nonroutine operations with tight kick tolerance envelope with wellbore uncertainties. Running & cementing 4 ½” and 7’’liners and tie back completion strings. Prepare management of change document if deviated from well program or any changes of drilling contractor’s assets. QC future well’s locations and road condition for smooth rig move. Coordinate service companies and logistics for smooth operation. Study offset wells and propose better solutions. Study on cost management/reduction and propose alternative solutions for cost control.
