Senior Project Planning Engineer in OQ through Worley in Sultanate of Oman
Period December 2017 – till date
Department: Engineering Directorate Projects

• Reviewing and analyzing contractor’s baseline schedule, and prepare schedule evaluation report and submit to Project Control Manager (PCM)
• Finalization of Project WBS, Weightages, and Baseline schedule for Original Scope of Works/additional scope which are received from Contractor and get approval from PCM
• Performing project risk assessments on delays and disputes and determine possible range of completion dates for the project
• Developing project budgets, Owner cost and contingency for new initiated contracts
• Monitoring and Controlling the project budgets
• Preparing Cost reports; report on deviations, underruns and overruns on monthly basis
• Earned Value Analysis & Project Progress; Calculate/validate physical percent complete
• Updating cost forecasts to assess planned progress against actual progress
