Reviewing and analyzing contractors baseline schedule, and prepare schedule evaluation report and submit to Project Control Manager (PCM)
Finalization of Project WBS, Weightages, and Baseline schedule for Original Scope of Works/additional scope which are received from Contractor and get approval from PCM
Performing project risk assessments on delays and disputes and determine possible range of completion dates for the project
