• Process Engineer with close to 11 years of experience in Refinery, Oil & Gas Greenfield and Brownfield Engineering Projects, working in Conceptual, FEED as well as Detail Engineering Projects.
• Worked as Technical Service Engineer for Sulfur area in Reliance Jamnagar Refinery and was responsible for daily monitoring, troubleshooting as well as carrying out process engineering activities for modifications in the plant.
• Conduct and participate in Various meetings with Client, Licensor, PMC, Project Managers to review, Interface and check the accuracy of Process Data, finalize the basic and detail engineering scope of activities for different units, quality control, commissioning etc.
• Scope study and Man hour estimation for various proposals.
• Preparation of Process design basis and design philosophies.
• Preparation of process deliverables like H&MB, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment and instrument process data sheets, Equipment List, Utility Summary, Relief and Blowdown Summary, Cause & Effect diagrams, Control Narrative, IPF Narrative etc.
• Preparation of Technical queries and Letters.
• Perform Pump hydraulic, Vessel sizing, Relief Valve, Flare Header Sizing and PSV relief load calculations.
• Experience in Feed verification, Technical Bid Evaluation and review of vendor documents.
• Hands-on experience in Heat Exchanger thermal design using HTRI as well as Aspen EDR.
• Experience in simulation software such as HYSYS, Promax etc
• Experience in softwares such as HTRI, Aspen EDR, Aspen Flare system Analyzer, Korf, KG Tower etc.
• Participated in Client Review meetings, HAZOP studies etc.
• Experience in Process unit monitoring and preparation of process report and deviation report of Unit performance on regular basis.
• Taken part in pre startup activities like Catalyst Loading, Inspection of equipments etc.
• Involved with Plant Startup and Shutdown activities.
• Familiarization of design codes and standards like API, Shell DEP.
