Preparing activity list ,time estimation, cost estimation, create relationship between all activities by using
Primavera P6 set up the WBS ,EPS & OBS where appropriate, Understand and comply with tender or contract
requirements, Develop the schedule, including resources and costs if required, Set the baseline, Perform
critical path analysis , Create resource histograms and analysis, Support to cost control (for instance Earned
Value Management), Assist in creating cash flow forecasts.
Civil works Scope are ( RCC Foundations with imbedded item, Underground works, Precast concrete foundation installation). Execution of civil work as per drawings, specifications. Maintaining quality of work with proper workmanship. keeping regular update of work done & Preparing DPR report to planning team. Preparing the important documents before starting the implementation of each activity such as ( Clearance, Lifting plan, PTW). Follow-up & supervision of the implementation of the subcontractors contracts. Preparing all RFI, RFC & give solve for all site obstacles by coordination with our client(Petrofac). Assigned from KOC & FLOUR as a permit holder.
