• CRUDE STABILISATION UNIT :
Capacity: 7, 00,000 BFPD operated with four staged two / three phase separators with Rosemount systems3 and Invensys Foxboro IA series DCS operation.
• PRODUCED WATER TREATMENT UNIT :
Using VORTOILS (Hydro – Cyclones), coalescing tanks of capacity 5, 50,000 BWPD. Produced water treatment to meet UAE pollution control specifications & ISO 14001 norms.
• GAS TURBINE DRIVEN CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSORS:
Seven trains of capacity 550 MMSCFD natural gas used as lift gas. Each train has Multi Staged Centrifugal Compressors (Dresser Rand & Cooper Bessemer) with oil seal or dry gas seal systems. Anti – Surge Control System supplied by M/S CCC.
• GAS TURBINES :
Gas turbines (AVON 1535 & RB211) used to drive centrifugal compressors with M/S Allen Bradley PLC.
• OIL MOVEMENT & STORAGE :
Storage, gauging, sampling operations, custody transfer & loading to tanker ship using SBM & high capacity Gas turbine driven centrifugal pumps
• WELL HEADS :
Christmas tree oil & gas producers, water injectors, Manifold systems (Production, Lift gas, water injection), Two/Three-phase test separators, Instrument air compression, drying & distribution system, Pig launching & receiving system.
