To serve leading Oil and Gas companies as Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager

Twenty five (25) years of experience in construction / fabrication and installation of onshore & offshore facilities, Repair & Remanufacturing of Drilling equipment, teaching, research and industrial consultancy. Experience & expertise include Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Welding, Metallurgy, materials, corrosion, QMS, Audits and Vendor Inspection coordination, Vendor Performance Evaluation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Continuous Improvement, etc.. Have exposure & working knowledge in various API (API 6A, API 16A, API 16C, API 16R, API 17D, API Q1), ASME (section II, V, VIII & IX), ISO9001 and other codes & standards.

Currently work for Cameron, Lead Central quality team, about 35 people, and responsible for project quality support, Review and approval of vendor Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) and Material Test Reports (MTRs), creation of quality information records (QIR), help corporate quality team to build and maintain the global document requirement table (GDRT) in enterprise content management (ECM) system, etc. Also manage Document Control team (OSS & OSF), of about 35 people, and provide DC support, which include document flow between vendors, Cameron and Customers for various projects.
As a management Representative, responsible for Maintaining CMI Quality Management System and ISO 9001 & API Q1 certifications. This includes planning and executing internal audits, conducting management review meetings, representing Cameron for all the external audits, including certification audits.

As a technical expert in Welding and Metallurgy, provide technical support to different engineering divisions, which include Drilling, Subsea, Surface, Valves & Measurement and Process System, in areas related to welding, metallurgy, materials, QA / QC & QMS certification. Help to build expertise, within the team, by providing training in welding, metallurgy and welding inspector certification.
