Proven 25+ years of rich experience as QA/QC Manager (for Onshore & Offshore projects) for Managing, Organizing, Coordinating, Controlling, Motivating, Auditing and successfully heading Risk Management and completing the Projects for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Nuclear Power plant, Thermal power generation, Process Piping, Pipelines and also Offshore Project like Upper Zakum 750 Island surface facilities, platform topside launcher & receiver installation, equipment’s & piping spools erection, Pre-assembled modules/Unit erection, secondary pipe supports of platform topside modification & installation, Offshore fabrication of cellar deck, main deck extensions etc, Shut down and Maintenance works.
Also have Corporate QA/QC Head experience for handling various projects from Head office (Directly dealing with Clients, Top Management, preparing Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan, ITP’s, QCP’S, PIM Package and to carry out stage wise to final inspection of Equipment’s, Heat Exchangers, Pipes, Pipe Fittings, Fasteners, Flanges, Drilling Materials/Tools, all types of Valves etc. at the manufactures premises and also coordinating with TPIA for inspection activities). Familiar with ARAMCO, ADNOC Specs and International codes, standards and having very good knowledge of ISO Audits, Welding, NDT, Painting, Coating, Civil works, Electrical & Instrumentation, etc.
Successfully achieved Integrated Management Systems (IMS) ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Certificate.
