FIELD ENGINEER IN GAS AUTHORITY OF INDIAN LIMITED

Responsible for the day to day operation of the LPG Unit in the LPG
recovery section.
Monitored daily field logs and process data to ensure strict adherence to
safety and quality standards.
Handled equipment’s like compressors, pumps and other auxiliary
equipment’s for assuring product flow in the unit.
Supported maintenance activities conducted on cryogenic turbo
expander compressor, RG Compressor, Pumps in the unit.
Regeneration of feed gas dryers.
Handled Fire Emergencies and Plant trip, Power Failure, Pump
Failure
Knowledge of DCS (Yokogawa centum VP) of LPG Recovery plant.
Provide field supervision for startup, shutdown, and changeover of
rotating equipment’s.
Co-ordinated Plant startup and shutdown activities
Coordinate with maintenance department to reduce any down time
and losses.
Check for any abnormalities and report to the concerned department.
Handled planned shutdown, Emergency shutdown and subsequent
startup activities
