Potential experience in oil & gas projects with EPC background for Rotating equipment and packages

Doing Detail Engineering with EPC background for Rotating equipment like Turbine and Compressor Packages, API and Non-API Pumps, Air Compressor and Dryer packages, Fans and Blowers, Agitators, Fuel Oil Separator, Cooling tower and EOT Cranes for Refineries, Petrochemical, Power Plants, Oil &
Gas and Off-shore projects.

Key responsibilities include Selection of Equipment, Preparation of Enquiry Specification, Review of Offers, Technical Bid Evaluation and Recommendation, Preparation of Purchase Specification, Review and Approval of Vendor drawings and Documents for Rotating Equipment and Packages. Attending Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at vendor places and equipment installation.

Man-hour estimation and control, scheduling and achieving milestones, work distribution among team members, progress monitoring, review and approval of discipline key deliverables such as Material requisitions, Technical bid evaluations and Purchase requisitions for all Mechanical equipment, Client coordination, Participation in model reviews, Inter discipline coordination, construction and commissioning assistance.

Training and mentoring junior employees and scheduling, supervising, developing and executing programs. Supporting team members to accomplish a successful project. Executing plans for the development of the
company. Provide technical and career guidance, performance appraisals, individual nurturing etc...
