o SIL classification study report
o Technical bid evaluation – vendors and EPC contractors
o SPI configuration, implementation and deployment for projects execution
o Design typical development – instrument control loops, pump motor control loops,
compressor anti-surge control loops, instrument-electrical interfaces
o Cause and effect diagrams
o Process control narratives and process safeguarding narratives
o Specifications – metering, control and safety systems, field instrumentation etc.
o Instrument and control philosophy, F & G philosophy etc.
o Control system architecture drawings (physical and logical)
o DCS / SIS function description, control block definition/modification and
implementation
o FAT – Control and safety systems, fire and gas system as well as package
equipment
Develop As-built drawing for the following integrity drawings:
1. Electrical load distribution control system, MCC Schematic drawings, and Single line diagram
2. Interposing Relay wiring diagram, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram.
3. Fire and Gas detection Layout and Fire Fighting Equipment Layout.
4. Fusible Loop Plan, Instrument Location Plan, and Instrument Loop Drawings.
5. SAFE Chart and Hazardous Area Classification.
