• Drilling Monitoring Application like WellLink Performance support : Real time data monitoring through WellLink Canvas application. Working on WITSML data QA/QC and making sure all the rig activities and KPIs are calculated accurate (based on the rig site experience we try to tweak tuning parameters to get required rig activities and KPIs) which can further help in the hassle-free report generation process for client
• Making sure all the required plots such as Day Vs Depth, Rig Activity Analysis, KPI charts, etc. in the report are with correct data and following expectations of client.
• Trouble shoot the issues, defects prioritation, handling the tickets and assigned to the concerned persons continuous monitoring and delivering with no compromise in bugs
• Experience in providing support to external clients such as ADNOC,ARAMCO and TOTAL S.A.
• Requirement gathering, writing/defining user stories and performing validations to support the development of new services.
• Validating the test cases, defining the NFRs, Feature validation on UAT
• Working closely with Agile Team while development of new services and making Team understand the rig site scenarios.
• Ensuring continuous delivery(QA) and quality(QC) of delivered code in accordance with established service agreements and giving final confirmation on whether or not to ship product to customers
• Documenting findings and enhancements from external/internal users of the product.
