• Prepare the work Permit every Item of work like Hot work /cold work / Confined space entry and getting approval from the (ZADCO) client and valid the permit before start of work.
• Conduct Toolbox talk and explain scope of work, Hazard identification and control measures, Risk Assessment and avoid Major accident & Incident.
• Competent person only allows to work on Confined space entry, working at Height, Power tools operation and supervise the work closely avoid Incident.
• Regular Inspection and monitor of Machinery, Mobile crane, Power tools and verify the third-party certificate and check the all lifting equipment good condition. If found error stop the activity until to be rectified.
• Conduct the close out meeting before end of shift and discuss about the negative observation and next day critical activity. Inspection of the Civil works Structural.
• Ensuring all Quality, safety and Environmental aspects.
• Material and Resources arrangement for executing the works.
• Daily Site Dairy Preparation and Productive Report Preparation.
