* Field Project Coordination (design, procurement, quality, scope, schedule, permits, commissioning etc.)
Some of the projects that were delivered:
Conversion (re hook-up) of buffer tank V-5000 m3 to sedimentary tank at CPF (Central Processing Facility);
Tech. upgrade of low and high pressure oil and gas Pipeline System (from DIA 100mm (4 inch.) to 700 mm (28 inch.) including hot-tapping works (T.D. Williamson method) with total length of the pipeline about 20 km/year; installation of Smart Pig launcher/receiver units.
Re-hook up of the wells after conversions.
Modernization of oilfield chemical injection system.
CPF, CTF, Dehydration plant – modernization.
* Preparation of documents needed in planning (CAPEX, OPEX, Minor Capex).
* Supervision over the construction process (incl. JSA, PTW, Method of Statement, etc.).
* Ensure that the projects are delivered in compliance with international quality standards, budget, schedule, and construction sequence.
* Analysis of the way to make the process cheaper and reduce terms of construction of the projects.
* Preparation of regular sessions with Contractors’ HSE teams, Management teams.
* Budget holder and/ or Contract holder (various types incl. EPC).
* SAP user (Maintainer).
* Develop and implement the requirements of the Construction Execution Plan (CEP).
* SIMOPS management between the project and base plant.
* Part of the field multinational team in Northern Russia.
* Normally, about 150 employees of the Contractor are involved in brownfield activities;
