I am having 19 years of experience in the Oil Gas field. Currently working with ENOC group of Companies “Dragon Oil” principal producing asset Cheleken in the eastern section of the Caspian Sea, Offshore Turkmenistan.

I have extensive expertise in evaluating the technical and economic feasibility of projects and in the development of licensors, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning Construction (EPC) packages. I am technically competent individual in control system, DCS, SCADA, RTU, systems, SIS (Safety Instrumented System) ESD system, PIMS (Plant Information Management System), control system security, Honeywell safety management Honeywell TPS& PKS experion (R-400) platform, Emerson DeltaV, Invensys Foxboro, Bently Nevada 3500 VMS/TMS Condition Monitoring System.
PLC such a HIMA, Honeywell FSC, Modicon, Siemens, Allen Bradely, Triconex, Field instruments such Yokogawa, Foxbro, Emerson, Fisher Rosemount and Bailey. I have also been involved in Commissioning of Process Plan Rotating and Static Equipment such as Compressor, Pump, Turbine, Tank, Bulk Separator, Test separator.
Experienced in basic & detail engineering work for control valves, ESD valves, hydraulic valves, transmitters, PSVs, level calculations, liquid & gas metering skids, DCS/ESD and SCADA system.
Supervise FAT’s, review functional logic diagram & cause & effect resolving SQ’s, determining system boundaries, system punch lists, as built packs, supervise a pre- commissioning and commissioning, start-up & handover of packages general systems and attending regular progress & problem meetings with client.
I am well conversant with followings;
International and national standards related to instruments, control system & SIS. Shell DEP’s, SP’s, KOC Standard, Procedure, NEC-IEEE-NEMA, Profibus, Modbus, NMEA protocols etc.

Supervising a multi-disciplined Engineering & Commissioning team plus any vendors on site, my role was to comment on the detailed design and to lead the commissioning & startup phase, i.e. set up check sheet databases, project plan.
Responsible for the Control & Safety System engineering of the Production station, Perform and analysis of network loads for the main distribution system Carries out the design of the allocated instrument modification related to production facilities and associated site, ensure the design is to recognized industrial standards and codes.
Plant Commissioning Activities - loop check, logic checking, sequences checking, Control system implementation in DCS as per engineering drawing, Pre-Construction survey of site for better and excellent commissioning job.
