• Prepare the project scope of work according to the operations requirements and within the assigned budget.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects, daily and monthly progress reports
• Assist in the preparation of projects design with the engineering firms, (ability to do engineering review for some engineering documents especially Instruments drawings, data sheets, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, C&E and equipment specifications, HAZOP…
• Prepare tenders for the project materials purchasing, vendor offers technical & commercial evaluation, Project materials control.
• Monitoring and controlling the project construction, commissioning & startup activities.
• Handing over the projects from the contractors and issue the final punch list and final acceptance certificate.
