• Managing the recruitment process, handling the recruitment agencies locally and overseas and oversee the induction and on boarding programs.

• Monitor the compliance with government authorities’ rules and regulations i.e. MOHRE, Ministry of interior, Ministry of Health, etc…..
• Act as Emiratization Manager.
• Manage Health insurance programs of all categories.
• Manage the compensation and benefits programs.
• Supervise HRIS/ ERP operations.
