Approval of Vendor Drawings / Documents and participation in Design
Review, HAZOP, Model Review etc.
Well versed with ASME codes of Sec VIII Div 1 and Div 2, including
Latest Edition (Edition 2021).
Knowledge of ASME Codes Sec II Part A, Part B and Part D for
materials.
Well versed with Design Engineering Practices, Standard Practices and
Shell Standards. All these standards are widely used for manufacturing of
all pressure equipment’s in the Middle East.
Knowledge of practices of various International consultants like ABB,
Petrofac, etc and International Oil producing companies like Adnoc,
Oxy, BP, ZADCO, Tatweer, KOC, Duqm etc.
Knowledge of ASME Codes B31.3, B31.4 & B31.8 used in Power and
Process piping.
Successfully undergone various QA / QC audits and also have assisted
my Manager in U and U2 stamp audits.
Successfully undergone audits for Pig Traps Design and Fabrication for
the company.
Co-ordinating with Inter-discipline engineering departments for the
speedy and successful execution of the project.
Continuously assisted my colleagues with resolving of trouble-shooting
activities pertaining for the smooth flow in the execution of the project.
