Solid laboratory experience for (19) years. Working in different multinational and international companies with different orientations and products, and in hydrocarbon, specialty and polymer areas. Knowledge in wet chemistry, water chemistry, chromatography, spectrophotometry, other laboratory analytical instrumentations, and even microbiological analyses as basic addition to my analytical laboratory skills for quality assurance and control is seasoned. With profound knowledge in ISO management (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 14001), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and laboratory safety and regulation environment.
Good operational knowledge on different analytical instrumentation tools. Aside from operational knowledge on instruments, can calibrate the instruments with less supervision. Experienced on preparation for specifications and documentations based on ISO guidelines. Familiar with different analytical standards such as Association of Analytical Chemists (AOAC), American Society for Testing Measurement (ASTM), American Public Health Association (APHA), and American Water Works Association (AWWA). With excellent skills in written and oral communication, hardworking, systematic, analytical and a team player in achieving the vision of the company.
• Set-up laboratory and established laboratory methods and SOPs • Conduct method calibration • Conduct PM activities to GC and other instruments • Prepare and standardize reagents and standards • Conduct chemical inventory , routine and special analyses • Conduct trouble shooting to instruments • Review daily test results • Ensure analysis is done as per SOP and safety standard • Ensure chemicals and spare parts are available • Develop and establish new testing methods • Conduct training to laboratory technicians, proper operations of the instruments, safety, proper application of test methods • Enhance their efficiency in handling analytical tasks • Ensure that quality is reviewed and all laboratory activities are carried-out in safe manner • Maintain documents • Support plants from SOP development to successful commissioning.
