Review corrosion/scale/wax/asphaltene monitoring data for all facilities starting from downhole, facilities, pipelines, processing facilities, water injection, waste water treatment and finally oil storage tanks.
Set-up and establish subsurface wells integrity testing via water chemistry fingerprinting (ion analysis).
Establish applicable solutions for the operations/process problems (e.g. wax precipitation, Schmoo accumulation, halite deposition at production wells and process plants as well)
Select most economic inhibitors & chemical treatment programs for the different produced fluids at different facilities (down hole, piping & vessels)
Establish and review surveillance plans for integrity studies including fluids corrosivity, microbiological activities and gases composition.
Monitor the produced water quality for disposal and re-injection purposes.
Run flow assurance studies for a complex high sour/high pressure fields which are very high saline brines with a high tendency for halite precipitation and troubleshooting for the associated problems related to such scale/halite precipitation.
Plan for sour gas treatment process and upgrade the gas sweetening/dehydration/chemical/surveillance requirements according to the monitoring results.
Establish water characterization requirement for the water treatment projects and take part in water treatment facilities selection and optimization.
Plan, Monitor and evaluate acid matrix stimulation program by participating in the selection of appropriate acidizing treatment candidates.
Budget, inventory review and plan for business activities.
