MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT: Manage all aspects of the fuel operation and be responsible for achieving the company process and resulting goals through the efficient execution of all fuel programs in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines. Handle inventory and ordering of supplies, and maintain a safe, clean, and customer-focused fuel environment at all times.
SUPERVISION AND GUIDANCE: Manage staff levels at each operational area ensuring optimum numbers are maintained; approximately 100 staff. Manage activities of staff and evaluate work, changing as needed in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner. Delegate functional activities to managers and establish safe work schedules. Review the performance of each employee and ensure the company is employing the correct talents.
