➢ More than 5 year experience in the field of Quality Assurance / Quality Control for the
fabrication and erection of components for Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Plant.
➢ Familiar in using International Codes, Standards and Specifications like ASME sec II, Sec
V, sec VIII & Sec IX, B31.3, ASTM, ISO, SHELL DEP and API.
➢ Conversant with Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, IBR, NACE, Super Duplex
stainless steel, Inconel & Cu-Ni alloy.
➢ Inspection of materials, consumables, and welding process review MTC.
➢ Involved in WQT & monitor welder.
➢ Having Experience RT film interpretation.
➢ Monitoring NDT activities to maintain NDT coverage.
➢ Complete test package review attaching required documents like spool release note,
NDT report, coating report etc. and release for testing.
➢ Coordination with third party auditor/ client auditor like MIQA, WTPA, Velosi.
➢ Having knowledge of destructive and non-destructive testing.
➢ Co-ordination with third party inspection/client as per contractual requirement.
➢ Ensures all quality documentation and inspection reports are endorsed and complied correctly.
➢ Working experience in inspection & testing of GRE/GRVE/GRP piping.
➢ Having experience in witness of Hydro- test, Pneumatic test & service test.
➢ Having experience in Structure and Module Piping & Skid.

➢ B.tech in Mechanical Engineering from Academy of Technology, WBUT in 2016.
➢ Intermediate from Bihar School Examination Board, Patna in 2011.
➢ H.S.C.E Examination from Bihar School Examination Board, Patna in 2009.

Approved as Piping inspector by Petrofac International Ltd.
Certified as a GRE QC Inspector by National Oilwell Varco (NOV) Fiber Glass System
Certified in ASNT LEVEL II as per SNT-TC-1A at the American Society

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring NDT activities to maintain NDT coverage.
• Weekly preparing percentage NDT coverage log.
• Weekly preparing Welder performance Report.
• Maintaining Welder continuity log.
• Witnessing Hydro test and Pneumatic test.
• Involved in internal and external audit of our own company audits.
• Involved in various types of insulation and fireproofing activity for equipment and piping.
• Responsible for test pack review, attaching & review all required documents like ITR, NDT reports, spool release note, internal coating report, field weld summary etc.
• Conducting bonder qualification test accordance with vender schedule.
• Responsible for Site work inspection like GRE/ GRVE Fit up, Lamination, curing, visual inspection & Hardness Test.
• To ensure that jobs performed as per drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Co-ordinate with the construction team to achieve the targets set by management and raise the RIN to avoid any backlog inspection.
• Monitoring the site work activities for compliance with quality requirements and raised surveillance report in case of any non-conformity found at time to time.
• Identify and control all NCR's while correcting with remedial action.
• Witnessing Hydro test of GRE/ GRVE.
• Responsible for Reinstatement punch inspection.
• Involved in MC line walk done by client or TPI.
