• Ensure strictly implementation of safe Work Permit system and proper Risk Assessment for each and every jobs
• Responsible for site activity & Co-ordination of E & I Reliability Department.
• JB installation according to Cable Schedule, Termination Diagrams
• Cable laying & termination in control room (marshaling panel)
through junction box to the field. Cable laying in tray as well as in
trench. Supervising in laying of cable tray (Galvanized Iron).
• Installation of field instruments, main and secondary cable tray
• Loop drawing and loop checking of instruments.
• Installation of hook up Air tubing, Impulse tubing & analyzer tubing.
• Coordinate with Engineering department to make sure about
instrument drawings Like instrument signal diagram, block diagram, SCADA diagrams, Termination details in DCS, instrument Data sheet, process engineering flow scheme
• Participating in HAZOP study sessions
• Reviewing Design/AFC Drawings
• Supervising Construction/Commissioning Activities
• Making as Build mark-up Drawing
• Preparing Site Reports, Job Completion Certificates
• Construction & pre-commissioning and commissioning of field And
Control Room Instruments for Pressure, Flow, Level Temperature, Vibration, Smart transmitters, Controllers, Control valves & Safety valves as per a ISO procedure in Oil wellhead
