Maintain And Adjust The Condition Of Instrument Assets. Monitor And Assess The Performance And Condition Of Instrument Assets. Diagnose Faults In Instrument Assets. Manage and Supervise Effectively. Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures. As instrument supervisor i have to ensure that electrical instruments are being properly managed, repaired and maintained. As instrument supervisor i manage and delegates tasks as well as reporting to upper-level management regarding such things as new equipment, budgets and problems with current instrumentation. Continuing education is needed throughout the career to stay on top of current trends in technology. Direct supervision of instrument technicians . Discussing work assignment with the team, determining the scope of work, performing failure diagnosis and deciding on the appropriate method of repair complying with all HSE and fire related rules and regulations, observing all requirements stringently. Maintaining good inter personal relations with the ability to work with a multinational workforce. Providing relevant training and supervision of local personnel. Performing weekly safety meetings with instrument personnel. Performing daily survey and evaluate the work area for quality standards and issued necessary adjustments for the instrument team. Continuing education is needed throughout the career to stay on top of current trends in technology.
