• Coordinates with a lead engineer about work priorities, study plans and drawings. Prepare materials, equipment and tools needed for the specific activities.
• Studying construction schedules, estimating man-power requirements for completion of job assignments. Interpreting specifications, analyzing and resolving work problems and suggesting changes in working conditions to increase efficiency of work crew.
• Ensuring proper construction methods are utilized.
• Ensuring construction comply with project documentation, standards, permits and regulation.
• Communicating professionally and effectively with consulting engineers.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the project organization.
• Responsibilities include training, planning and assigning work and resolving problems.
